These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PointVerse platform, including our website, mobile application, and all associated services ("the Service").

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors of content. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To use PointVerse, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately at pointverse0@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

PointVerse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you post on PointVerse (posts, flips, comments). By uploading content, you grant PointVerse a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You confirm that your content:

• Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Is not defamatory, harassing, or hateful
• Does not contain nudity, graphic violence, or adult content
• Does not promote illegal activity or harm to others
• Does not include spam, scams, or misleading information

PointVerse reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users
• Impersonating another person or organisation
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or compromise the platform's security
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Artificially inflating Points, likes, or follower counts
• Posting spam, phishing links, or malicious content
• Selling, trading, or transferring your account to another person
• Collecting other users' data without their consent

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund of any Points balance.

All intellectual property related to the PointVerse platform — including the name, logo, design, interface, and codebase — is owned by PointVerse and protected by applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission from PointVerse.

Your use of PointVerse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using PointVerse, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PointVerse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The availability or uptime of the platform
• The accuracy or completeness of content on the platform
• The security of your data (though we take reasonable precautions)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PointVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. This action is permanent and all your data will be removed.

PointVerse reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you.

PointVerse may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of PointVerse after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

For material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notification or email.
